SPRYE Board member Betsy Biddle, BA., RN., MPH gives Rye Manor resident a flu shot in the Community Room at the Manor on Theall Road in Rye.
SPRYE teamed up with Rye Beach Pharmacy who prepared the vaccines for Betsy to give to residents. She reported that five residents received the shot and saved a trip going to a drug store or medical center.
Betsy, formerly the Executive Director at Andrus on Hudson said “SPRYE will offer the shots next year not only to Rye Manor residents but to the other senior housing residences in Rye, and Port Chester.
