SPRYE’s Gentle Chair Yoga

The Gentle Chair Yoga program will return to Crawford Park in Rye Brook from April 17 – July 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Classes are $20.00 for 12 sessions for people 55-and older who wish to live confidently at home and stay connected to their community.
